    • Sketches for both the Hempstead and the Jackson Heights murals were included in the exhibit organized by David Shapiro
  • 1982 Solo Exhibit from July 19th to September 26th at the Burchfield Center in Buffalo, New York.
    • A catalog from the exhibit can be found in the Peppino Mangravite Papers at the Smithsonian Archives of American Art. The exhibit included items from Mangravite's daughters own collection as well as pieces from Munson-Williams-Proctor Institute, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Phillips Collection and the Whitney Museum of Art.

In the 1930s and 1940s Mangravite was include in exhibitions at many prestigious museums including the Art Institute of Chicago (15 times), the Museum of Modern Art, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (19 times), the Carnegie Institute, Corcoran Gallery (Biennials 10 times) and the Whitney Museum of American Art (15 times).
